Angola’s fight against corruption is championed by the High Authority Against Corruption which was put in place by Law No 3/96 in 1996. It is tasked with conduction enquiries and investigations, verify the legality of administrative acts, and monitoring processes alongside other competent institutions. This institution though created in 1996 by Law, it has never been effectively established till date.
