Burundi
The Cour Anti-Corruption of Burundi is operated under the Burundian judicial system. It is the sole Burundian specialized court with nationwide competence which is charged with prosecuting persons accused of corruption. The government equally created a Brigade Speciale Anti-Corruption following Loi No.1-37 du 28 decembre 2006 to investigate and bring to justice, perpetrators of acts of corruption.
