Anti-Corruption Profile The Independent Anti-corruption Bureau (Bureau indépendant anti-corruption – BIANCO) is an independent anti-corruption office. It was established in 2004 to implement a national anti-corruption strategy through the application of Law No. 2004-030. The BIANCO has the authority to prevent and investigate corruption-related activities and educate the public on the dangers of corruption.
