Anti-Corruption Profile: The Office central de lutte contre l'enrichissement illicite (OCLEI) was created under Article 7 of the 2013 Law on the prevention and repression of illicit enrichment, in order to lead the national fight against corruption. This institution was effectively established in May 2016 by the Malian Parliament.
