Anti-Corruption Profile: The Office National de Lutte Contre la Fraude et la Corruption (OFNAC) was created pursuant to Law No 2012-30 of 28 December 2012, abrogating Law No 2003-35 of 24 November 2003 which created the Commission against Non-Transparency and Corruption (CNLCC). The OFNAC is an independent agency mandated with the prevention and fight against corruption, fraud and related offences. The OFNAC is comprised of 12 members, appointed for 3 years non-renewable term.
